INSTRUCTIONS ON PAYMENT MODES

90S COFFEE always aims to provide the best added value for its customers.

90S Coffee Vietnam currently offers the following payment methods:

– Cash on delivery (COD)

– Payment by bank transfer

1. Cash on delivery (COD) method

Customers after placing an order at 90S Coffee's website and choose the form of payment by cash on delivery (COD). Customers will receive notification of successful order via personal email.

After receiving the order at the system, 90S Coffee's staff will verify the order again via the phone number provided by the customer. After order verification, your order will be processed, packaged and handed over to the shipping unit.

Customers will receive an email notifying that the order has been delivered to the partner shipping unit of 90S Coffee. Customers will proceed to pay for the order directly with the shipper.

*Note: Customers will not be allowed to inspect the goods before payment. Shipping fees will be announced immediately after successful order placement. (*)

2. Internet Banking payment method

Customers after placing an order at 90S Coffee's website and choose the payment method by bank transfer. Customers will receive a notification of successful order and payment instructions via personal email.

After receiving the order at the system, 90S Coffee's staff will verify the order again via the phone number provided by the customer. Customers proceed to pay for the order by transferring money to 90S company's account information.

After confirming the successful transfer, the order will be processed, packaged and handed over to the shipping unit. The customer will receive an email confirming the successful order payment.

*Note: The customer's payment does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly and transparently communicated by our staff during the order verification process.
